Urban Edge Construction Ltd delivered Phase 1 of the Maseno University Hostel Complex for Maseno University, with the project undertaken between July 2019 and April 2020.

The multi-storey development demonstrates Urban Edge's experience in institutional construction and the coordination required to deliver substantial building works at scale. The project involved the progressive development of the building structure, masonry and external envelope across multiple levels.

Throughout the works, attention to construction detail, coordination and workmanship remained central to the delivery of the development.
